Climate Speaks Performance

The Climate Museum presents the final performance of Climate Speaks 2019, a citywide youth spoken word program dedicated to themes of climate change and social justice.

Youth voices are galvanizing our world and changing it for the better. Young people are stepping up to confront inaction on climate change, gun violence, racial injustice, and a host of other urgent social problems. At Climate Speaks 2019, high school students selected from across NYC, all of them on a major stage for the first time, will perform an electrifying spoken word concert on the climate crisis. How does climate affect what these talented, engaged youth think and feel about their own futures and dreams?
