Youth Arts Workshop — Breaking the Climate Silence: Pathways Through Dialogue and Theater

  • 120 Wooster Street New York, NY, 10012 United States (map)

In part II of this workshop, Climate Museum Senior Advisor and Teaching Artist Darian Dauchan will lead 9th - 12th grade students in an interactive workshop that will strengthen their communications skills on climate. Through creative theater games, role play, short writing exercises, and more, students will feel more confident and prepared to start effective climate conversations. In community with other climate-concerned teens, students will see how their actions can help to break the climate silence.

Students who can attend both sessions (October 19 and 27) will deepen their exploration of climate communications and action through climate arts. Introductory modules will be offered to students who are joining on October 27 for the first time.
